The Studio

Lies Robbertsen has her studio, named Radianza, in the extraordinarily beautiful Chianti region, also
called the Heart of Tuscany. The studio is right in
the centre of the picturesque village of Radda in Chianti, 30 km north of Siena and 50 km south of Florence. Studio Radianza  is in the old cellars of Palazzo Leopoldo. From April to the end October,
you can visit the studio on Sundays to Fridays in
the afternoons from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, and at other time s by appointment. The studio is closed
on Saturdays. Visits can be arranged from
November to March by appointment.

Visiting the studio, you will find Lies working there
and can view all the tools and equipment for the various painting techniques she uses. There is a
wide range of finished work for sale, a variety of ceramics, oil and acrylic paintings, watercolo u rs,
and drawings. If you do have other requests, ideas
or wishes, please ask Lies, who will be happy to answer your questions and provide information in Dutch, English, German or Italian. She has many years of experience producing commissioned work,
in ceramics as well as in all the other painting techniques. In fact, about half of her work is on commission.

Regarding the name of the studio: Radianza is the Italian word for radiance.
